New Construction Gap Grants

Strengthening market values and spurring development.

The Cuyahoga Land Bank strategically invests in emerging markets of Cuyahoga County by periodically making available construction financing gap grants to experienced home developers to support the construction of new single-family, duplex and townhomes. The goal of the Gap Grant Program is to strengthen market values and to spur development by others in these areas.

When a round of funding is open for applications, they are accepted only from experienced home developers and are awarded on a competitive basis.

The New Construction Gap Grant Program is funded under the Cuyahoga County Housing Program.
