Following the recent unveiling of its Single-Family Housing Zoning Analysis (link), the Northeast Ohio First Suburbs Consortium, along with the Cuyahoga Land Bank, Cuyahoga County Planning Commission and the City of South Euclid, recently hosted an open house at a new single-family infill home in South Euclid. Attendees toured the home and learned about its construction, how updated zoning can streamline new construction, and see how similar infill housing is possible in other northeast Ohio communities.
