The members of the Cuyahoga County Land Reutilization Corporation (commonly known as the Cuyahoga Land Bank) Board of Directors charged with selecting new board members and filling vacancies recently named Thomas J. Fitzpatrick IV to the Cuyahoga Land Bank Board.
The current Board members charged with the selection were Cuyahoga County Executive Edward FitzGerald, Cuyahoga County Councilman Dan Brady and Cuyahoga County Treasurer Richard Sensenbrenner. All three unanimously selected Mr. Fitzpatrick to the new seat.
Mr. Fitzpatrick possesses a stellar record of achievements, experience and publications throughout his career on economic, foreclosure, housing policy and banking issues. He is an economist with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland in its Community Development Division.
He has written numerous legal treatises and participated in numerous seminars and symposia on housing and economic policy.
Mr. Fitzpatrick received a double major at the College of Wooster where he received his B.A. in 2002 and graduated Cum Laude in 2008 from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. He remains an attorney in good standing in the State of Ohio.
