The Cuyahoga Land Bank uses a sophisticated cloud-based software application to manage and analyze data about properties that are either to be acquired or are currently in inventory. The proprietary software, known as the Property Profile System (PPS), was developed by Cuyahoga Land Bank’s IT staff headed by
Director of IT and Research, Michael Schramm. PPS is a powerful tool allowing for integration and streamlining of local data and GIS capabilities that enhances our customer service, improves our decision-making and facilitates measurement of our impact.
