A Veteran Home Ownership Seminar where Veterans can learn about the benefits of the Cuyahoga Land Bank’s HomeFront – Cuyahoga County Veteran’s Home Ownership program, which offers:
– Up to 20% off the purchase price or a renovated home;
– Renovation assistance;
– No closing costs;
– Financing assistance;
– Strategies for credit repair; and
– Lease-to-own options.

U.S. Veterans put their lives at risk to protect Americans and our way of life and they deserve to achieve the dream of homeownership.
The Cuyahoga Land Bank received a $100,000 grant from Cuyahoga County Council’s Veteran’s Services Fund, which, combined with an additional $100,000 from the Cuyahoga Land Bank, is being used as a revolving loan fund. Because of this structure, HomeFront – Cuyahoga County is a self-sustaining program that allows the Cuyahoga Land Bank to help veterans achieve the dream of homeownership on an ongoing basis.
Howard Hanna is partnering with the Cuyahoga Land Bank to help promote available homes through the program and to walk potential buyers through financing options and strategies for credit repair where needed.
