The Cuyahoga Land Bank enters into agency agreements with all municipalities we work with throughout Cuyahoga County. The agreements authorizes the Cuyahoga Land Bank to act as an agent of the city to demolish or renovate vacant and abandoned structures and abate any nuisance properties on terms mutually agreed upon. We would like to welcome the Village of Moreland Hills as the 23rd community to enter into an agency agreement with the Cuyahoga Land Bank earlier this month.
