In 2017, the Old Brooklyn Community Development Corporation (CDC) purchased this 924 square foot home on Buechner Avenue and promptly sold it to Green Home Solutions in order to save it from demolition. Green Home Solutions renovated the property completely, including updating all major systems, adding new basement and attic stairs, and updating the kitchen and bath.
The recent purchase of the home, which is located right down the street from the neighborhood gem Honey Hut Ice Cream, brings a proud new home owner to the neighborhood and puts this home back on the tax rolls. We consider that a sweet deal!
