With dozens of high-quality modern new home construction projects underway throughout Cuyahoga County, the Cuyahoga Land Bank is effectively enriching the housing stock in our community. Programs Operations Manager Jennifer Vazquez-Norman acts as the lead designer for all Land Bank new construction and in-house renovation projects, collaborating with local architectural firms to bring the vision to life. Often initiating the overall design direction, providing hand-drawn floor plans and suggesting exterior finishes, Jennifer has earned the nickname “Junior Architect”!
