Spring is finally upon us and with it comes the start of the grass cutting season! The Cuyahoga Land Bank employs both large and small field servicing contractors to cut the grass as needed on properties in our inventory and maintain the property in the event of damage by weather or vandalism. The Cuyahoga Land Bank also has a partnership with Cuyahoga County Court Community Services to utilize minor offenders fulfilling their community service sentence to perform basic lawn care maintenance. And thanks to our Property Profile Field Service management system, our properties stay a ‘cut’ above the rest!
