The Cuyahoga Land Bank engages with both large and small property maintenance contractors to secure and inspect each property that comes into its inventory. These contractors make sure buildings are secure, grass is cut, overgrown bushes are trimmed and any yard debris is removed. These contractors visit each property at least twice per month.
