The Cuyahoga Land Bank completes dynamic in-house renovations in many Cuyahoga communities. When a property has the potential for renovation and resale, we develop a rehabilitation plan, undertake a bidding process to qualified contractors, and oversee the rehabilitation through to completion. Since 2009, the Cuyahoga Land Bank has renovated and sold more than 100 properties, returning hundreds of thousands of dollars to the county tax roll annually.
