The Cuyahoga Land Bank will begin accepting FY 2025 Brownfield Remediation Program applications on Monday, September 16, 2024. The link to the application portal will is available here.

Potential applicants should review all program materials before applying. Materials are available on the Ohio Department of Development Website.

Applications received by 5:00pm on Friday, October 18 will be considered for Cuyahoga County Executive prioritization. Applications received after that date will be submitted after all county priority projects. Please note, the October 18 deadline is subject to change depending on ODOD.
