Partnering to Provide Homes

Over the years, Land Bank Charities has built collaborative partnerships with organizations that support vulnerable and marginalized populations seeking a second chance in life. Our unique ability to leverage housing, grants and resources enables us to work alongside our partners to invest in the lives of Cuyahoga County residents. Together, we create permanent, clean and safe homes where individuals and families can rebuild their lives, thrive and build generational wealth.

Partnerships

Through partnerships with dozens of nonprofit organizations that offer affordable housing, community stabilization and skilled-training opportunities, Land Bank Charities identifies suitable vacant homes and donates them to such mission-based organizations and churches. These homes are then renovated with funds raised through philanthropic networks to meet the housing needs of typically underserved populations.
